After a decade at the pinnacle of Uganda’s music industry, Alexander Bagonza, popularly known as A Pass, is gearing up for his maiden concert at the prestigious Serena Hotel on January 31, 2025. Dubbed A Pass Live in Concert, the event promises an unforgettable night of music and memories.
At a press conference held on Thursday, January 16, A Pass expressed gratitude and reflected on his journey.

The journey has been crazy. I started in a very small studio, the size of a kitchen in 2013. However with all the hardwork I put in alongside my humility, I was destined for greatness.
A Pass credited his success to his fans’ immense support and dedication to delivering quality music. “We’ve done all the work in the studio, but the stage is left,” he noted, assuring fans that the concert will be worth every penny. The artist began rehearsals in November to ensure a polished performance for his audience.
Additionally, he acknowledged his longtime friend, Beenie Gunter, with whom he started making music during secondary school, calling it an honour to still be singing alongside him over a decade later. He extended gratitude to industry pioneers Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine, Chameleon, and Silver Kyagulanyi for their mentorship and support throughout his career.

Fans can look forward to performances of his greatest hits, including Tuli Kubigere, Didadada, Wuuyo, Chupa ku Chupa, Gamululu, and Memories. With Fenon Events in charge of production, the event promises to be more than a concert—it’s an experience.
“Serena is not just a venue but an experience,” A Pass emphasized. The concert aims to celebrate his fans, whom he credits as the backbone of his career.
Tickets to the A Pass Live in Concert are now selling for UGX 150,000 with a 30,000 discount if one purchases from MTN Mobile Money.
