Fangone Forest boss Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) party. The outspoken artist took to his Twitter account to warn members of President Museveni’s party against accessing his residence in Makindye.
“From today onward, NRM officials are not welcome in my home, office, or any part of my space unless you are a Fan.” Alien Skin on X.
The Sitya Danger hitmaker also revealed his unavailability for the much-anticipated political season. A few weeks ago, while at the Enkuuka concert, he sent out a stern warning to National Unity Platform footsoldiers ahead of the campaigns. His latest communication seems to backtrack on his warning, as he called upon politicians who had booked him for their campaign rallies to collect their money.
Alien Skin Controversies
Over the last couple of months, Alien Skin has been at the centre of controversies that started when he and his Fangone forest members roughed up medical personnel at Nsambya Hospital. Following the Nsambye ordeal, he was arrested alongside his bodyguard Julio on allegations of stealing a phone. After a week at Luzira prison, the duo were both granted bail but were soon seen vandalising NUP party offices.
Following his actions at Kavule, he was announced by former NUP Deputy President Mathias Mpuuga as a partner of his Democratic Alliance.
This action at Kavule stirred conversations that Alien was becoming unruly because he had backing from the state an allegation he never refuted. The controversy followed him into the new year as a confrontation with singer Pallaso led to an assault on his residence.
